Great location

Hotel Adriana is located right on the Riva, Split’s famous seafront promenade lined with tall palm trees, bustling cafés, and shaded benches. The Hotel room had a window overlooking the lovely Adriatic Sea. The facilities were clean and tidy. The staff were attentive and friendly.

Location was fantastic - on the promenade just on the sea side, with plenty of reastaurants just next door. Also staff was very helpful (they took an effort to solve problems which I had because of my fault).

The hotel is located in the bustling Split Riva which is a nice pedestrian promenade lined with palm trees, restaurants, bars and shops. I give credit to the staff for being very understanding and helpful, the mini bar in my room wasn't working when I first checked in. I informed the reception desk and they changed the room for me without a question.

This Hotel is on the Riva (promenade) at Split and perfectly situated for touring the historic parts of the town. The Hotel has a large promenade restaurant and bar area, with a sumptuous restaurant area inside. Our suite was exquisite, with comfortable lounge area, bedroom and showroom. The staff were superb - breakfast was served with quiet dignity, the restaurant was luxurious with a varied menu and the bar had many good beers and cocktails.

Room clean and comfortable

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and everything worked. The staff are very nice. Cheerful and respectful. I didn't arrive late at night this time, but have done in the past when coming by late plane or by the train from Zagreb. Some Split hotels / apartments charge a late arrival fee and often they don't tell you till after you've booked and log in your late arrival time. Adriana does not charge a late-arrival fee. ON my return to Split I stayed in an apartment and regretted not staying in the Adriana.
